When you receive something you weren't expecting, we feel your pain. That's why we're here for you every step of the way in your shopping journey, including returns and exchanges!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a pre paid shipping label.
*** Please understand that all orders made outside of the USA cannot be returned due to high shipping costs.
How soon will I get my refund?
For credit card refunds, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected on your bank account.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable (regardless of whether your order includes shipping fees or not), and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
What items are non-returnable?
Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase.
Products purchased using a discount code are eligible for free returns.
